Qigong

Qigong is a gentle practice of movement and meditation. It is an easy to learn system of energy enhancing movements with breathing and inner concentration. Regular practise will increase energy, improve mobility and health, prevent illness and calm the mind. Qigong and Shiatsu stem from the the same theories and my sessions include self-shiatsu.

Price is by donation - donate by how grateful you are for the practice.

Sessions will be one hour.

I'm currently completing my Qigong Teacher Training at the Shiatsu College in Bristol and part of the training is to start teaching as soon as possible.  I'll be offering all my classes on a donation basis and I'm fully insured.

Please get in contact for more information.

Yin Yang

This form of Qigong creates harmony in the body using the opposing yet complementary forces of Yin and Yang.  Working them together cultivates a balanced flow of energy within the body.

Yin - still, dark, cool, receptive, calm

Yang - action, movement, heat, vitality, light

The Five Elements

This Qigong form is to balance the five elements within the body.  The Five Elements form a system that reflects the natural rhythms of life.

Wood - stretching for flexibility and growth

Fire - dynamic movements boost energy and warmth

Earth - grounding for stability and nourishment

Metal - detailed forms to enhance focus and purification

Water - fluid movements for healing and relaxation
